Quantity Surveyor Faade Remediation Project Location: Brighton, UK Sector: Commercial / Faade Remediation Our client is a well-established regional general main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for excellence, the company operates across a diverse portfolio including commercial, residential, and refurbishment projects. Due to continued project growth, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of a £20m faade remediation scheme in Brighton . The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting , ensuring the project is delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives, the Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in driving commercial performance and supporting successful project delivery.
