About Our Client

Our client is a well-established main contractor specialising in modular fit out, refurb and new build construction, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects within the healthcare sector.

With a reputation for innovation, reliability, and quality delivery, they have positioned themselves as a key player in the modular build market. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Stockport.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial aspects of modular construction projects, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

This is primarily an office-based role, with flexibility and site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all commercial and quantity surveying aspects of projects from inception through to completion

Oversee projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Manage site-related commercial activities across multiple locations

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project efficiency and cost control

What Our Client Is Looking For

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level

Experience within general construction

Knowledge of the healthcare sector and associated project requirements

Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

A dynamic, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
