Job Summary Working within the Commercial and Contract Management Team, the role is primarily focussed on supporting Commercial Manager / Senior Surveyor in the delivery of services. Working alongside the Site Services and Project Teams, you will be an integral part of the successful management of contracts that support the delivery of a range of services and projects across our clients business.

The position will be responsible for the surveying function including the management of sub contractors, client meetings, supplier meetings, quantity surveying function, pricing of variations, preparation and submission of Applications for Payment, provision of monthly cost value reconciliations reports, quarterly ‘End of Life’ forecast reports, preparation of commercial information for monthly reviews for all allocated projects. In addition, you may be required to prepare estimates in accordance with agreed formats and timescales and prepare and submit tendering reports at agreed intervals.

When undertaking the Quantity Surveyor role, you would be responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor in delivering the Contract Management Plan and maintaining the relationship with the Supplier(s) for the relevant contract.
