Operating in a steady, controlled growth phase, the business offers a secure environment where commercial staff are trusted and really valuedDue to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, based from offices in Salford Quays with regular site presence.The RoleYou will take full commercial responsibility for refurbishment projects up to £2 million, managing schemes from pre-construction through to final account.Key responsibilities include:Full commercial management of refurbishment projectsCost planning, procurement and subcontractor managementValuations, variations and final accountsMonitoring project costs and cash flowWorking closely with site teams to ensure commercial controlReporting into senior management and contributing to project strategyAbout YouProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within refurbishment / fit-out projectsComfortable running projects up to £2mStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsConfident working both office-based and on siteProfessional, proactive and team-focused approachWhats on OfferSalary: £45,000 £55,000Car allowancePension with employer contributionsHoliday entitlementSecure, long-term role within a stable and growing businessSupportive management team and clear opportunity to progressJBRP1_UKTJ
