The Quantity Surveyor/QS position itself offers exciting opportunities to oversee multiple residential projects from inception to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing procurement, ensuring projects meet compliance standards — including NHBC, building regulations, health and safety requirements — and delivering value at every stage. This role combines strategic cost management with detailed project oversight, meaning your expertise directly influences the success of each development.
You will have
To be succesful as Quantity Surveyor/QS here you will have a healthy mix of the following:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the housebuilding sector.
A solid understanding of procurement processes, contract documentation, and tendering procedures.
Knowledge of NHBC standards, building regulations, and health & safety protocols.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with subcontractors, the design team, and project managers.
Relevant qualifications such as RICS accreditation or similar.

As a Quantity Surveyorin this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary of between £70K-£75K DOE plus a car allowance of £5K+.
