A well-established main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The business specialises in refurbishment projects across the public sector, including schools and local authority schemes, with project values typically up to £4m.

With a strong turnover and consistent pipeline of work, this role is due to the retirement of a long-standing team member, offering a great opportunity to step into a stable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project costs from inception through to final account
Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial success Requirements:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
Background in refurbishment projects (public sector desirable)
