As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the commercial team on a £40m multi-storey industrial project in North West London. This will be full-time site based.

The company are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over £1bn. They are dominating the London market by winning a lot of work and major projects across the country. They have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks and providing a successful career path.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

Assisting in establishing and managing the project cost plan and budget
Monitor actual costs vs forecasts
Manage the procurement of subcontractor packages
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Pricing variationsKey Requirements of Quantity Surveyor

Live within commutable distance to North West London
Degree in a construction related degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main xbpsjku ContractorWhat's on offer:
