Job Description

We are working with a main contractor undertaking a project in Birmingham. We are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to look after the commercial function of the project.\n\nYour Day-To-Day Duties: \n\nPreparing cost to complete documentation and producing accurate monthly accruals\nReview and deal with subcontract valuations and applications for payment\nUndertaking cost analysis comparisons for sub-contracts from tender enquiry to analysis and contract placement\nManage subcontracts\nMonitor expected profitability\nReporting to Commercial ManagerThe Requirements\n\nRelevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying\nSelf-motivated and an ability to work alone\nAbility to take initiative in resolving problems.\nPrevious surveying responsibilities\nAbility to us MS ExcelSalary & Package\n\nThe rate on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience. \n\nFor more information, please contact James @PSR Solutions or apply with an in-depth CV
