The role involves managing costs, contracts, and commercial reporting while working closely with site teams.What you'll do:Cost & Commercial ManagementSupport cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and value tracking.Measure and assess works on site to support valuations and payment applications.Contract AdministrationMaintain accurate contract records and commercially compliant documentation.Stakeholder & Site CoordinationWork closely with engineers, planners, construction teams, and subcontractors.The skills you'll need:Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, civil engineering, or major construction projects.Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and site information.Confident managing subcontract packages, valuations, and variations.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.At PwC we want every individual to feel valued, respected and empowered to contribute fully.
