Small Works Quantity Surveyor Office Based (not hybrid) Location: Stansted Area (Secure Environment) Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Quantity Surveyor Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, working within a security-sensitive environment in the Stansted area. This is a varied small works role, covering projects ranging in value from £1k to £800k , where accuracy, professionalism, and strong client communication are essential. You will play a key role in pricing works, managing project costs, supporting invoicing, and ensuring smooth financial control across multiple live projects. This role suits a proactive Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in a close-knit team , managing multiple workstreams, and dealing directly with clients and site teams.
