One of the UK’s leading Property and Infrastructure Consultancies is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major Power & Energy sector projects across London.
My client is one of the most respected consultancies in the UK, with a strong network of offices both nationwide and overseas. They have built an outstanding reputation in the market and are currently involved in some of London’s most high-profile power and energy developments.
These projects include energy infrastructure, substations, renewable energy schemes, grid upgrades, and major capital delivery programmes for both public and private sector clients.

THE POSITION
This role is for a Quantity Surveyor who will support and take responsibility for the commercial management of Power & Energy sector projects from pre-contract through to completion and final account.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues, taking ownership of key commercial activities including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting. You will play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
You will also have the opportunity to develop client relationships, attend project meetings, and contribute to the successful commercial delivery of complex infrastructure schemes.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:
Hold a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and be working towards Chartership (MRICS or equivalent)
Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or contractor environment
Demonstrate experience delivering infrastructure or energy-related projects (desirable but not essential)
Be confident supporting projects from pre-contract through to final account
Possess strong commercial awareness, communication, and analytical skills
