As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on project costing and commercial management across a range of developments – from initial feasibility to final accounts. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful financial outcomes while helping shape the future growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets Handle tender processes and contract negotiations Administer contracts and manage subcontractor payments Monitor project variations, risk, and financial reporting Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure commercial alignment Applicants should possess:
