Location : Sittingbourne, Kent (Office-Based) Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE) Job Overview An established principal contractor delivering high-quality, one-off construction projects is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The business operates across heritage restorations, bespoke new builds, offices, care homes, and schools, delivering projects throughout Kent and Southeast London, typically ranging from £50,000 to £2 million. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with directors, site teams, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered commercially and efficiently .
