Role - Quantity Surveyor
Location(s) - Basingstoke/Maidstone
Salary - £50k + car allowance and other benefits
Project Values - from £500k to £2.5million
Quantity Surveyor for the Southern Region of the business. To assist the Operations team in managing and overseeing all commercial matters on projects from tender handover, through delivery to completion. To provide Commercial input and advice to Project Manager (PM)'s and Engineers as necessary while managing the region's commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- Membership of the RICS, CIOB, or ICES or at least working towards full membership

- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers, both verbally and in writing.

Essential
- Min 3 years QS experience
- Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
Desirable
- Knowledge of the construction industry and ground investigations
- NEC3/4 Proficient
