A dynamic and design-led property and construction consultancy is currently looking for a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team. The consultancy partners with forward-thinking clients and architects on some of London's most distinctive developments. This role would suit a confident Project Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience, looking to step into a client-facing role with more responsibility and the chance to work on complex, design-focused projects.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in full project delivery from pre-contract to final account, supporting senior team members and managing your own schemes. This is a great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to develop technically, grow professionally, and contribute to a passionate and close-knit team.
Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
Deliver cost planning, procurement, and contract administration across key projects Prepare and manage tender documentation, estimates, and cost reports Oversee post-contract duties including valuations, variations, and final accounts Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle Contribute to project meetings and support the delivery of high-quality outcomesProject Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
3-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS accredited) Experience working on residential and commercial projects Strong knowledge of both pre- and post-contract duties Excellent communication and presentation skills Ambitious, proactive, and committed to working towards MRICSIn Return
