Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (DOE)
Location: 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office with UK wide travel and hybrid working
25 to 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope and cladding remediation projects
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs and project cash flows
Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts
Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure
Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned to project progress
Liaise with project teams, senior management and external stakeholders
Frequent site visits across the UK, with up to 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
5 plus years experience in facade, cladding or external envelope related surveying
Strong technical, contractual and commercial understanding
Excellent communication and client facing skills
Self motivated with the ability to work across multiple live projects
Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth and willing to travel nationwide
