Where will you be working?

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

You’ll be joining our Highways team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?

Support cost and value management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Collaborate with Operations to prepare clear and reliable quarterly forecasts.

Identify and manage contract variations, early warnings, and compensation events.

Ensure all work meets M Groups Infrastructure standards and commercial procedures.

Build strong client relationships, keeping budgets and year‑end targets on track.

Oversee sub‑contract procurement, monthly reconciliations, and final accounts.

Carry out site visits and maintain progress within agreed deadlines.

Provide flexible support with ad‑hoc commercial duties as needed.
