Quantity Surveyor Required Contract Length:       6 months+ Location:                  Black Country Rate of Pay:              Negotiable Venn Group are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a Local Authority in the Black Country The successful candidate will be responsible for: Lead a team of surveyors managing a variety of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and building compliance related works/contracts. Deliver commercial and project management services from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Oversee cost control, valuations, and contractor performance. Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance, health & safety, and CDM regulations. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet service objectives.
