We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our Client based on a project in Oxford. This is a freelance / self-employed position and is available to start ASAP.\n\nOur client is ideally looking for someone on a full time basis to be based on their site, this project should run for a minimum of 3/4 months.\n\nSome of your duties will include:-\n\nManaging accounts and making payments to sub-contractors\nProcuring sub-contractor packages, pre-start and place orders\nRaising client invoices\nPreparation and agreement of final account\nLiaise closely with CM, PM & SM to ensure cost control is undertaken\nUpdate procurement schedule and make sure in line with operations team \n\nFor more information please contact Kris.\n\nINDCON\n\nPlanet Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
