About the Role We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Derry team. Youll play a key role in managing and delivering high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including: Acting as Quantity Surveyor on healthcare, residential, and education projects. Providing Bank Monitoring services on commercial and residential schemes. Leading cost and programme control across projects valued in excess of €100m nationwide. This is a hands-on role, with real client exposure, career growth, and the opportunity to make your mark in a progressive and supportive environment. What Youll Bring Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics. 5+ years relevant experience within a consultancy, developer or client-side role. Strong analytical and reporting skills with a sharp commercial focus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
