Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting to a well-respected and learned Senior Quantity Surveyor who you have the opportunity to learn from and develop your QS skill set towards becoming a Senior QS in the future. This project is a large £30million refurbishment, so you will be working on the procurement initially of internally focused trade packages. Once the project gets fully up and running, you will take ownership of some of the key packages and support the Senior QS in the delivery of the high-profile project.

What you'll need to succeed Our client is seeking to appoint a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience of working for a busy main contractor. You will have a solid understanding of internal refurbishment and enjoy being based on a busy site with a positive and experienced site team.
