Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor Cobalt is working with a leading contractor on a major project in North London to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The Role / Responsibilities Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing QS, your role will include: Supporting the development and implementation of commercial strategy. Preparing and managing subcontractor packages from tender to final account. Keeping accurate site records, measurements, and control documents. Contributing to CVRs, forecasting, valuations, and financial reporting. Preparing and agreeing variations with robust supporting documentation. Liaising with the site team to commercially influence project decisions. Managing junior members of the team and reviewing their outputs. Skills Needed / Requirements Working knowledge of JCT contracts.
