Performance Objectives Take full commercial responsibility across residential construction projects from inception through to final account. Accurately prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, valuations, and cost reporting to ensure financial objectives are achieved. Procure subcontractor packages, evaluate tender returns, and administer contracts in line with company procedures. Assess and certify subcontractor valuations and variations in a timely and accurate manner. Identify and manage risk, including financial, contractual, and programme-related aspects.
