We are seeking an RF Electronics Engineer to support the design and development of high-performance RF hardware used in advanced electronic systems. You will work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, test, and validate RF circuits and subsystems across the product development lifecycle.

This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and relocation will be required. The company will sponsor work visa sponsorship for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF electronic circuits and subsystems
• Contribute to schematic and PCB design using industry standard tools
• Develop RF signal chains including filters, amplifiers, low noise amplifiers (LNA), and RF front-end circuitry
• Perform RF testing and validation using lab equipment such as vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and support root cause analysis
• Assist with system integration, validation, and production support
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in RF hardware or electronics development
• Experience working with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator)
• Familiarity with schematic and PCB design tools (Altium or similar)
• Understanding of RF design principles including RF amplification, filtering, impedance matching, and receiver front-end design
• Experience with low noise amplifiers (LNA) and RF front-end circuitry is highly desirable
• Experience with RF power amplifiers or RF front-end design

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of antenna systems or antenna integration
• Experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, Microwave Office, or similar)
• Exposure to software defined radio (SDR)
