Are you an experienced MEP Commercial Manager with a strong background delivering complex railway infrastructure projects under JCT contracts?
Have you previously worked for an M&E subcontractor or specialist MEP contractor?
Location: Central London - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum

Role Details:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial management of a major MEP contract. You will act as the key commercial interface between client, contractor, and delivery teams, ensuring robust cost control, contract administration, and commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Working primarily under JCT contract frameworks, you will manage all aspects of contract administration including variations, valuations, payments, and change control, while supporting successful project delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead commercial management of MEP packages across railway infrastructure projects
·Full administration of JCT contracts, including variations, payments, and change control
·Preparation and negotiation of interim valuations, final accounts, and compensation events (where applicable under JCT).
·Commercial reporting, forecasting, and risk management across assigned schemes
·Management of subcontractor accounts and procurement support
·Provide commercial guidance to clients and stakeholders across multiple live projects.
Essential Requirements:
·Proven experience as an MEP Commercial Manager or Lead MEP Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects.
·Solid working knowledge of JCT contracts
