The Role:
This role is for an R&D Engineering Manager someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. Youll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
Youll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
Responsible for improving or developing new products, components, equipment, systems, technologies, or processes
Assisting with formulating business plans and budgets for product development
Analysing quality/safety test results
Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry and translating those developments into new and viable options for the organisation and customers
Organising technical presentations to customers and/or industry groups
The Individual
Were looking for people who can show:
Automotive background
Working knowledge of the management of the R&D department
