An Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school with a thriving Sixth Form in Haringey is seeking a dedicated RE & Citizenship Teacher from September 2026. This is a Permanent RE & Citizenship Teacher role within a high-performing Sec & Sixth Teaching Opportunity.
The school is recognised for its academic rigour, exemplary behaviour culture and commitment to evidence-informed teaching. A knowledge-rich curriculum underpins both Key Stage 34 Religious Education and Citizenship, with strong uptake at Key Stage 5. The school is looking for:
- UK QTS (or completion of a UK-recognised teacher training programme)
- A strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or above from a reputable university (Russell Group desirable)
- Substantial classroom teaching experience within a UK secondary setting
- Evidence of delivering structured curriculum lessons and securing pupil progress
- Confidence working within established behaviour frameworks
- Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Salary: Inner London MPS £40,317£52,300 (UPS up to £62,496). Potential TLR available for experienced candidates.
