Job Opportunity: Reach Truck and VNA Driver Desborough Employer: Fox Resourcing & Recruitment Location: Desborough, Northamptonshire Pay: £13.74 per hour for days, £14.74 per hour for nights Type: Permanent, Full-Time Shifts: 4 on / 4 off
Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
Night shift: 18:00 06:00
Shift system - 4days on / 4 days off - Nights - Days - Rotating Basically you'll be working for 6 months of the year!! What a selling point?> :) Our client distributes chocolate to all local supermarkets
These roles are available on an ongoing basis for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive work ethic .

Requirements: Valid Reach Truck or VNA licence (must have a copy)

Proven experience operating Reach Trucks or VNAs in a warehouse environment

Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse setting (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent timekeeping and attendance record

Reliable, punctual, and committed

The business does operate a Target based pick rate - You will be monitored and expected to Pick to a certain level within the training / trial period Benefits: Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for overtime - Overtime is paid at x1.3

Consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with regular rest days

Ongoing work throught the year
