The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.

We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the night shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Ongoing work with some permanent roles available after trial.

Shift:Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday toSaturday

Hours:18.00 to 05.00 or 07.00 to 18.00

Pay rates: Nights£14.37basic (£16.10inc hol pay) Overtime at x 1.5 after 45 hours worked

Days £13.47 basic (£15.10 inc hol pay) over after 45 hours worked

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently
• Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
• Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
• Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
• Move goods around siteand load trailers
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
