We're working with a leading property guardian company who are looking for a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Operative to join their Property Services team. If you enjoy fixing, building, and maintaining properties, love variety in your day, and want to be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and results, this could be your next role.

What the role includes:

● Carpentry and joinery
● Plumbing and basic plastering
● Tiling floors and walls
● Painting and decorating
● Lock, door, window, and glass fitting and repairs
● Roofing and general building maintenance
You'll be the go-to problem solver, ensuring everything works efficiently and to a high
standard, while keeping the residents happy.

Requirements

● Experienced: 3+ years in property maintenance or construction
● Organised: able to manage your diary and prioritise tasks effectively
● Hands-on: skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive
● Positive and proactive: a team player who enjoys finding solutions and delivering
excellent service
● Enthusiastic: keen to learn, embrace new ways of working, and suggest
improvements
