Reactive Maintenance Plumbers Needed – Dartford, South East London and Bromley \n\nAre you an experienced reactive maintenance plumber looking for a stable, long-term role with a trusted company? Our client is a well-established firm working on housing association properties across Essex and London, and they’re looking for a reliable reactive maintenance plumber to join their growing team. Many roles available in each area!!\n\n Location:Dartfor, South East London and Bromley\n\n The Role:\nAs a reactive maintenance plumber, you’ll be responsible for keeping homes running smoothly by:\n\n * \n\n Carrying out reactive maintenance and domestic plumbing repairs\n\n * \n\n Diagnosing and fixing leaks, taps, toilets, showers and pipework\n\n * \n\n Installing water cylinders, water supply pipes and waste fittings\n\n * \n\n Delivering excellent service on every customer visit\n\n * \n\n Working to the highest health & safety and compliance standards\n\n✅ What We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 2 (6089/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent – certificate required\n\n * \n\n Full, manual UK driving licence (6 points max)\n\n * \n\n Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude\n\n * \n\n The right to work in the UK\n Please note: This role requires enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background and right-to-work checks.
