Eddisons is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Agent as a Director or Associate Director to be based in their established Liverpool City Centre Commercial Agency Team

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist and lead pitch presentation to new and existing clients on the services Eddison’s provide.
• Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
• Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process
• Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
• Hosting market events
• Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities

About You:

• Experienced established Commercial Property Agent with a track record of business development.
• Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience using CRM systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
