An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Analyst to join a leading global investment organisation within their logistics and industrial real estate investment team. Based in London, this role works directly alongside a senior investment manager focused on unlisted and public real estate investments across Europe.
The Role
This is a hands-on analytical position involving financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio analytics. The role centres on the evaluation and management of large-scale logistics and industrial assets such as warehouses, distribution centres, and fulfilment facilities, supporting investment decisions and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models in Excel. Conduct analysis of investment opportunities, sensitivities, and performance metrics. Support due diligence, reporting, and preparation of investment papers. Collaborate with colleagues and external partners across global offices. Help develop analytical tools and data models, with opportunities to apply
