Real Estate Development Solicitor | 4+ Years PQE 

Are you an experienced Real Estate Solicitor, Legal Executive with a strong background in residential and strategic land development? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 Tier 2-ranked Development team working on complex and high-value projects with top-tier developer clients.

The Opportunity:

Based in modern offices in Farnborough with flexible hybrid working, you’ll take the lead on a range of development-related real estate matters — from initial land acquisition to planning, infrastructure and plot disposals. You’ll work alongside experienced Partners and collaborate closely with clients throughout the development lifecycle.

You’ll Advise On:

• Strategic land acquisitions and site disposals
• Conditional contracts, option agreements and promotion agreements
• Planning and infrastructure matters, including Section 106 agreements
• Easements, highways and utility arrangements
• Plot sales and ongoing site disposals

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor, FILEX, or CILEX in commercial or residential real estate
• Strong experience with development work or residential land transactions
• Ability to manage complex files independently
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
• A collaborative approach to working within a growing team
