About the Role:

Our client are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Finance, Credit Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and credit evaluation to join their growing Real Estate Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with their Business Origination team to evaluate financing requests and underwrite credit applications. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of their financing activities ensuring they back the right deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collate all relevant information that will inform credit and deal evaluation. Conduct financial due diligence including in-depth analysis of data provided by potential customers and assessment of relevant real estate market conditions. Underwrite, draft and review credit applications; perform financial ratio analysis and stress testing; identify key risks and propose mitigants.
