London – Leading International Law Firm

Our client, a very well-regarded international law firm with a strong global footprint, is seeking a mid to senior‑level real estate finance lawyer to join its highly ranked London team.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of real estate finance matters, advising top‑tier lenders, borrowers, private equity firms, developers, and institutional investors. The team advises on:

• Senior and mezzanine financing
• Investment and development financings
• Cross‑border real estate finance transactions
• Refinancings, restructurings, and portfolio transactions
• Joint ventures and structured finance deals

You will gain exposure to high‑value, complex mandates and work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s international offices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 PQE (guideline only) from a leading UK or international firm
• Strong real estate finance experience, with exposure to complex financing structures
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development
• A proactive, commercial mindset and strong team orientation
