You will join a supportive team with a strong track record of developing Associates - both professionally and personally - and will be encouraged to build client relationships and shape your own career path.

The Role:

  • Assisting on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions across a broad range of assets, acting for both lenders and sponsors.
  • Drafting and negotiating key finance documents, including complex facility agreements, fee letters, syndication letters, mezzanine documents, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements.
  • Advising on financing structures across offices, residential, retail, hotels and logistics assets - from vanilla investment work to structured debt and large-scale developments.
  • Supporting the project management of transactions, working closely with Partners, Associates and paralegals.
  • Contributing to sector and specialist groups to deepen your expertise and share knowledge across the firm.

Skills & Experience required:

  • A strong understanding of Real Estate Finance concepts and the wider market.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver clear, concise and practical legal advice.
  • Proactive, adaptable and well-organised approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a high-performing team.
  • A commitment to mentoring junior colleagues and continuing to develop your own expertise.
