An elite global law firm is seeking a Managing Associate-level Real Estate Finance Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its expanding Banking & Finance practice in London.

Broad range of stellar quality work

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of sophisticated real estate finance matters, including:

• Investment and development financing
• Complex loan-on-loan and back-leverage structures
• Cross-border and structured real estate financings
• Distressed debt and special situations transactions

You will work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, contributing to large-scale, multi-jurisdictional projects and collaborating with other market-leading practice groups within the firm.

Candidate profile

Applicants should demonstrate:

• At least 4 years’ post-qualified experience in real estate finance or general banking
• Training and/or experience at a recognised City, UK or international law firm
• Strong technical expertise, including familiarity with LMA documentation
• Experience advising sponsors, borrowers and/or lenders
• Excellent commercial awareness, client-handling and project management skills
