The Role:

Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading National Firm in Belfast who are searching for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor.

You will have experience liaising with a range of lenders, borrowers, intermediaries and investors on the full transaction lifecycle.

The Person:

• 5 years PQE Solicitor.
• Experience drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents.
• Negotiating intercreditor arrangements.
• Supporting junior team members.
• Strong communication & client management.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
