They handle the full spectrum of real estate matters, including advising on the establishment of complex cross-border investment platforms, joint ventures and co-investments, and regularly advising on direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals of large real estate assets and portfolios, development and forward funding projects, and real estate financings.

They advise a broad range of clients, with a particular focus on U.S. and U.K. private equity sponsors and fund managers, Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and developers.
