This role suits a Legal Director or Partner who enjoys leading complex transactions, developing client relationships, and building a team around them. About the Role

Lead and advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and development work Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents and provide commercially focused advice Work closely with colleagues across planning, construction, corporate, finance and disputes to deliver joined-up support on complex projects Manage and grow key client relationships and contribute to the strategic development of the Leeds real estate offering Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support team development Contribute to business development, networking and profile-raising

What We’re Looking For Essential

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales Senior-level commercial real estate experience with strong technical capability Proven ability to manage matters independently and lead client relationships Candidates must have an established following Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and a proactive approach Collaborative working style and commitment to developing others

Desirable

Experience advising on development and regeneration projects Experience working with institutional investors, developers or public sector clients Track record of mentoring and team leadership at senior level
