Real Estate Finance Paralegal 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our globally renowned US law firm client for a Paralegal to join their London office.  The Real Estate Finance Paralegal will provide transactional support to the department including deal execution, fund-level matters, and general administration task, gaining a high degree of exposure supporting some of the highest calibre lawyers in town with equally prestigious clients and matters.

Real Estate Finance Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with drafting documents and drafting/submitting Companies House filings
• Liaising with local counsel with regards to their local CPs/CSs to satisfy and assist with any queries
• Coordinating the execution of the English law finance/transaction documents in the relevant jurisdictions required
• Organise exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for filings
• Liaising with the agents in respect of any HMLR consents
• Preparation of VDRs using various third-party providers
• Research using external subscription services (PLC, Westlaw, LexisNexis)

Real Estate Finance Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:

• Real Estate Finance experience as a Paralegal within a London law firm
• Bachelor’s degree level in law (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
