• Leading on complex commercial property matters including development and investment work
• Advising a broad client base including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers
• Driving business development and expanding the firm's real estate offering in Leeds
• Managing and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating with other departments on cross-disciplinary matters
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the Leeds office
• Handling high-value transactions from instruction to completion

Profile

• Currently operating at Partner level or Director level within a reputable firm
• Able to demonstrate a strong client following and referral network
• Experienced in development, investment, and occupier work
• Commercially minded with a track record of business development
• A strong leader with the ability to mentor and grow a team
• Well-connected within the regional property market

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £140,000 to £200,000 per annum.
