This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, boutique Real Estate consultancy delivering high-profile Commercial and Mixed-use developments. Working closely with leading investors, estates, and occupiers, the role offers exposure across the full project lifecycle in a collaborative, quality-led environment.

The position suits an ambitious Project Manager or Senior Project Manager seeking responsibility, client access, and long-term career progression within a growing consultancy. With a strong pipeline of repeat business, this role offers both stability and challenge in equal measure.

What you’ll do

You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Real Estate projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, programme milestones, and budgetary requirements.

This will include developing execution strategies, defining scopes of work, and managing procurement processes for consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.

Acting as the central point of coordination, you will manage stakeholder relationships across client, design, and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee cost control, reporting, and cashflow management in collaboration with quantity surveyors and finance teams, maintaining transparency and control at all stages.

You will administer building contracts, issue instructions, monitor progress on site, and ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and health & safety standards. Alongside delivery responsibilities, you will contribute to the continued growth of the business through client engagement, networking, and involvement in bids and presentations.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience delivering small to medium-scale Real Estate or construction projects, within the Commercial office sector.
• UK-based Real Estate Project Management Consultancy experience is essential.
• Experience managing projects across multiple stages, from feasibility and design through to delivery and close-out.
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes, procurement routes, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead consultant and contractor teams, driving performance and accountability.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and client-facing skills.
• Professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of sustainability principles, governance frameworks, and quality assurance systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach suited to a fast-paced consultancy environment.
