Real Estate Solicitor – Manchester A highly regarded law firm in Manchester is seeking to recruit a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm is looking for a candidate with 1–3 years’ PQE who has ideally gained solid experience within a Real Estate team post-qualification. You will be confident in handling a range of transactions, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. Direct client exposure is an important part of the role, so strong client care skills and sound technical ability are essential. The role will involve: \n Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and development work Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions Building and maintaining strong client relationships \n Requirements: \n 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team \n This position offers an excellent opport...
