Reception Class Teacher

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school from after the Easter break. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Early Years education and creating a nurturing environment where young learners can develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

The Role:
* Full class teacher responsibilities including planning, preparation, and assessment
* Delivering engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the Early Years Framework
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
* Working closely with teaching assistants and the wider EYFS team
* Building positive relationships with parents and carers

The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
* Creative, nurturing, and enthusiastic teaching style
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
