Look no further! Tradewind is currently recruiting for a half-working, bubbly Reception teacher to work across a number of well-established, good Ofsted-rated schools on a flexible basis. The schools you will be working across are all in the same area and work closely together.

This role is perfect for Reception teachers who want flexibility while gaining valuable experience across different schools. You'll have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills, learn new communication and behaviour management strategies, and gain broader experience within the sector.

Requirements of the role

Holds QTS status or ECT qualification

Experience teaching Reception or KS1 classes

Skilled in planning, preparing, and marking lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Able to adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of all students

Passionate about education and supporting student development

Committed to building a solid foundation for students while helping them enjoy learning
