As Reception Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless experience from arrival to departure. With your energy, organisation, and drive for excellence, you will lead your team by example—creating a professional, guest-focused, and efficient front-of-house environment.
Salary: £33k
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily reception operations, including smooth check-in and check-out procedures Lead, motivate, and train the reception team to deliver consistently high levels of guest service Proactively handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are always presentable, welcoming, and well-managed Support the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks, rotas, team development, and performance management Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR, and operational standards Collaborate with all departments to ensure exceptio...
