Bolton. 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri. 12 month FTC ( covering mat leave ) £24,500 - £26,500 doe Working for a leading healthcare provider, you will be responsible for overseeing the Reception and clinic services on a day to day basis. Duties will include; Based on front desk, welcoming visitors and patients into the building Overseeing one other Receptionist and two cleaners Ensuring the co-ordination of clinics runs smoothly and offering a seamless service delivery - including the appointment system Building management - making sure that any facilities problems are rectified in line with Health and safety and CQC regulations Ordering supplies for the office and clinics Handling clinic payments, petty cash, banking and company credit card reconciliations Key holder responsibilities To be successful, you need to come from a Reception background within the healthcare sector, have knowledge of CQC and be happy line managing a small team, as well as be a key holder and on occasion, be prepared to work a rare weekend or evening.
