Reception Teacher Ashford (September Start)

Academics Canterbury are seeking a creative and nurturing Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Ashford from September. This role would suit a teacher passionate about Early Years and creating an engaging learning environment for young pupils.

The role as a Reception Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework

  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

  • Create a stimulating and well-organised learning environment

  • Observe and assess pupil progress

  • Work closely with parents and colleagues


Requirements of a Reception Teacher:

  • QTS / EYTS

  • Experience within EYFS

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

  • Excellent classroom organisation

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to work in the UK
